The Respark is four weeks of private 1:1 coaching that goes underneath the cycle — into the nervous system patterns, the beliefs, the nutritional foundation — and begins building something that actually holds. Not a plan to follow. A real shift in how you feel, how you move through your days, and how you relate to yourself.
It's complete in itself. And for the woman who feels it and wants to go further — it's also the most natural beginning to the Liberated Woman journey.

What we work through
Week 1 — We start with you, fully. Before anything changes, you need to feel completely heard. We map the full picture — your patterns, your history, your energy, what's been keeping you stuck — and surface the core story running underneath it all.
Week 2 — Calming the nervous system. This is where you start to feel it. You'll learn to catch the moment your body tips into fight-or-flight, and you'll get real, practical tools to downshift it — so the exhaustion, the reactivity, and the 3pm crashes start to loosen their grip. (Where it serves you, we'll bring in simple nutritional and supplement support to steady your energy too.)
Week 3 — Rewriting the story. This is where the deeper shift happens. We take the core belief driving the pattern — formed long before you had words for it, a response that made sense once and doesn't serve you now — and we rework it at the level it actually lives. Not just understanding it. Shifting it. You'll feel the difference before the session ends.
Week 4 — Integration + what's next. We bring everything together into something that actually holds. You leave with tools that are genuinely yours, a steadier nervous system, a clearer sense of who you're becoming, and the quiet confidence that this wasn't just another thing you tried.
