  • Different to most coaches in the industry, I don’t believe that loving yourself and your body means just accepting a body that’s unhealthy, or a body that you feel is a misrepresentation of how YOU feel inside.

    Having been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, with certification as a Strength Performance Coach, and experience as a former weightlifting competitor, practical and easy to implement exercise support may be a part of our journey together. This depends on your specific goals.

    Strength training is a great low impact form of exercise that boosts your metabolism, makes your body look more sculpted, improves bone density, helps to regulate blood sugar, boosts your mood and self-confidence, and so much more!
