Different to most coaches in the industry, I don’t believe that loving yourself and your body means just accepting a body that’s unhealthy, or a body that you feel is a misrepresentation of how YOU feel inside.
As someone who cares deeply about women treating their bodies as sacred ground... I don’t enable self-sabotaging behaviours that pose physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health risks, or sentiments born of trying to prove something to others or rebel.
Loving your body isn’t about fitting a mould or latest trend. Loving your body is respect in the form of nourishment, movement & supporting it to function optimally. Your body is the house to your soul, carrying you through this life - it’s important that we treat it with reverence.
As someone who battled with body dysmorphia & eating disordered patterns, I’m always protective of your process, ensuring that we stay in the energy of, “I’m so excited to be the healthiest, most energised, most magnetic and confident version of myself,” NOT constantly chasing “perfection.”

That’s not what we’re about. The bulk of our work is about your internal state (identity, beliefs and thoughts, patterns, emotional processing and nervous system regulation) that contributes to how you feel about your body, and your relationship and patterns with dieting and exercise.
This is where the magic happens. Once those factors are addressed, that’s how you develop habits of the desired version of you, as well as her thoughts, beliefs, self-concept and even the actions she takes on a daily basis.

Nutritional Therapy™

Exercise
Having been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, with certification as a Strength Performance Coach, and experience as a former weightlifting competitor, practical and easy to implement exercise support may be a part of our journey together. This depends on your specific goals.
Strength training is a great low impact form of exercise that boosts your metabolism, makes your body look more sculpted, improves bone density, helps to regulate blood sugar, boosts your mood and self-confidence, and so much more!
Weaving of Life, Health & Strength Coaching
We can simultaneously do the internal work and gently, slowly implement nutrition and fitness action steps to make you feel physically amazing pretty early on in your journey. My clients are almost always shocked at how simple the steps are, and go against the preconceived ideas they had of health and fitness.
